  • Password and access restriction policies.

  • Perform a Virus Cleaning exercise once in a month.
  • Every system are installed with antivirus software to check each virus entry points on the network such as Internet gateway, mail servers, LAN servers, desktop on LAN, laptops and standalone PCs.
  • VNC systems for each and every CSR nods.
  • Backup for the servers taken on a daily basis.
  • CSR’s are given the access to the Internet as per the process requirement and all other access is denied.
  • No storage or play back media is allowed inside the process floor for 100% data security.
  • No user is allowed to carry the bags and any food item/beverages on the working floor.
