Since the time, Descon decided to go to the international market and seek companies in the form of start-ups, small or mid-size establishments to become their offshore development partner, it noticed that there are many methodologies already in pratice.

They were all tried and tested and aptly substituting the already dying “Waterfall” model of delivering software based deliverables and utilities.

We re-iterated through many processes and chose the one, which fitted best the agile methodology of development, deployment and integration. Not only that, keeping the collaborative relationship in mind the process was evolved.

Companies, associations or start-up efforts choosing us started getting benefit of the best practices leveraging the above-mentioned parameters.

If they can be listed then, they are :-

(i) Understanding effectively and correctly the solution seeker’s requirements,

(ii) Using iterative methods both ways for consistent and positive results,

(iii) Uonsciously putting test-driven procedures in all phases of development and delivery,

(iv) Effort to beat the milestone and make early releases.

The initial socializing with start ups & emerging establishments to make them aware of the methodology, thought process and the execution parameters started bearing results and we have already started working with a start-up engaged seriously in building up a series of community websites engaged in different initiatives like creating home building, green environment, movie entertaintment communities respectively.

Starting with the first website, it is an initial exercise towards creating few such community websites. The completion of the first initiative after several delivery milestones is round the corner and we are sure of making the project a satisfying and nice experience for both the parties.
